Sarah Fairman edits the dissertations written in English at Afstudeerwijzer. Sarah was born in the Derbyshire countryside in England where she has been involved with language from an early age. Since then, Sarah has lived in Russia, Canada, Uzbekistan and the Netherlands where she has learned to speak five languages. Sarah has a Bachelor's degree in modern languages (University of Sheffield). Sarah has also completed a Masters in Russian and Eurasian Studies at the University of Leiden.

Sarah has experience in editing personal blogs, student newspaper articles, legal guides, professional blogs for interior designers and travel companies, voice-overs for videos from environmental organizations and dissertations at HBO, Wo and Mba level.

In 2019 Sarah earned her CELTA diploma and She has taught children and adults of all ages in the English language.
